Advent House is a place of hope dedicated to helping people out of poverty and homelessness and addressing the many different needs that surround them. We embrace everyone with kindness and dignity.

We know that no two people experience the world in the same way, and our focus is on meeting each individual where they are to guide them on their journey. Advent House accepts all who need our help without judgment, exceptions or expectations.

What We Do

For over 30 years, Advent House has helped people move from struggle to stability. We continually shift our services to meet evolving community needs. Leading with compassion, dignity and a strong commitment to helping people, we connect individuals and families who are struggling with services and resources, including short- and long-term housing assistance, housing stability case management and food assistance. With a broad range of community partnerships, Advent House offers guidance and solutions that help individuals and families face a broad range of issues.

10th Annual - Hope In One Golf Outing

The North Westminster-Advent House Golf Outing on August 7, 2024, at Groesbeck Golf Course aims to support those in poverty. Participants enjoy golf, lunch, and prizes. Funds raised help provide meals, support services, & outreach programs for the homeless and those in need. Support through sponsorship, participation, or donations is encouraged to make a difference in the community.
